Monique, is a Licensed Esthetician with 6 years of experience and advanced skills in Brazilian waxing/sugaring and lash services. Monique is particularly known for her signature treatment called Love Thy Lady Parts, which is designed to make clients feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. With a chill and welcoming vibe, Monique ensures that clients feel at-ease throughout their service and leave feeling sexy and rejuvenated. At Casual Beauty, the emphasis is not just on providing top-quality beauty services, but also on fostering a positive and empowering atmosphere that supports clients' mental and emotional wellbeing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS- You must cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice. (Example: if your appt is tomorrow at 12:30pm then please message me by 12pm today) If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of service cancellation fee. LATE GRACE PERIOD- STRICT 15 minute late grace period. ( If you know you will be late but still arriving before 15 min mark, please communicate and let me know your ETA) COMMUNICATE- Whether you have questions/concerns or running a tad bit late. I would like you to communicate with me and provide ETA. NO SHOWS- If you No Show your appointment, I will no longer accept you as a client UNLESS you are willing to pay 100% of the service you requested and place a deposit for a future appointments.
