Monique, is a Licensed Esthetician with 9 years of experience and advanced skills in Brazilian waxing/sugaring and Korean Lash Lifts!With a chill and welcoming vibe, Monique ensures that clients feel at-ease throughout their service and leave feeling sexy and rejuvenated. At Casual Beauty, the emphasis is not just on providing top-quality beauty services, but also on fostering a positive and empowering atmosphere that supports clients' mental and emotional wellbeing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS- You must cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice. (Example: if your appt is tomorrow at 12:30pm then please message me by 12pm today) If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of service cancellation fee. LATE GRACE PERIOD- STRICT 15 minute late grace period. ( If you know you will be late but still arriving before 15 min mark, please communicate and let me know your ETA) COMMUNICATE- Whether you have questions/concerns or running a tad bit late. I would like you to communicate with me and provide ETA. NO SHOWS- If you No Show your appointment, I will no longer accept you as a client UNLESS you are willing to pay 100% of the service you requested and place a deposit for a future appointments.
